Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage end to end relations and coordination with various govt authorities across different states
2. Travel and meet the officials and MPs and local administration to foster partnerships.
3. Prepare required documents and set-up meetings, follow-up and execute deliverables related to the partnerships.
4. Administers and coordinates complex requests and interactions with legislators, legislative staff, other local and state officials, staff of the government.
5. Explore short term and long term opportunities for IRSC to work with different government bodies and institutions.
Minimum Qualification:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with management to determine research objectives.
2. Work in accordance to project brief and deliver frequent project updates.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage a rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
2. Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls- to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
3. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
4. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
5. Work with content writer and graphic designer to develop and execute marketing plans.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
2. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
3. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
5. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
